CPU to Delivery Process
1. Member informs CS of change of fulfillment type from CPU (Customer Pick Up) to Delivery.
2. CS checks the payment method for the order. If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), CS should inform the customer to place a new order, as the current one will be cancelled.
3. If the order was placed using a non-COD payment method, CS will ask the customer whether they prefer us or themselves to arrange the 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) delivery service.
3.a. If the customer chooses for us to book the 3PL delivery service on their behalf, CS should request the following details:
I. Active contact number.
II. Delivery address
III. Preferred delivery time
3.b. Once the information has been provided, CS will forward the details to its assigned Store Ops group chat.
3.c. CS obtains the 3PL booking details and communicates them to the customer. (Delivery fees are to paid by the customer)
4. If the customer chooses to book the 3PL service themselves, CS should request the following information:
I. Order number.
II. 3PL Details.
III. Authorization letter and a valid ID.
4.a. Once the information has been provided, CS will forward the details to its assigned Store Ops group chat.

SCENARIO: Order is COD, CS request member to reorder.

SCENARIO: Order is Non-COD, need to know member preference. (If they will book also we can book on their behalf)

SCENARIO: If they booked the 3PL, CS request details of 3pl to member also order detail (ON, Authorization letter, etc.)
To ensure smooth processing, please provide the following details:

Please let the driver know to locate the pick-up hub at our store upon arrival. Additionally, inform the driver of your order number during pick-up.
