I am trying to link my card but it says it is already in use: Troubleshooting
Possible that the customer is logged to a different online account. Or trying to link to a new online account. Check for the linked account email via 360 and advise the customer to logout to the current account and login using the linked account email reflected in 360.
If the customer doesn't remember the password to the said account. Advise the customer to provide an ID for identity validation. once provided, request your CS-TL to unlink the membership .
