How to Sign up for a Landers ONLINE account

Visit www.landers.ph or download the Landers App and click SIGNUP
A pop-up will appear for you to enter your preferred email address (please be careful to put your correct email address) and your preferred password.
Signing-up for non-card holders
Please note that your password should follow the required parameters

At least One number
Eight or more characters
For non card holders, select NO and press sign up.
After which, a new pop up will appear and click APPLY MEMBERSHIP. Simultaneously, you will receive an email confirming your succesfull signup.
Select the desired membership type and select NEW
Fill out the needed information for your membership.
Please note that one should be careful in placing one's information, any changes will require you to visit the nearest store
Select CHECKOUT
Select the Payment method and select Place Order
Please note that COD is not acceptable for MC purchase.
You will be then directed to the Payment gateway channel depending on your choice of payment method.
enter the needed details and press complete order.
Once done you will be directed once again to a popup that will require you to enter the OTP sent to you via SMS
An email will be sent to you containing your membership code and your purchase confirmation in which you will use to present to the store upon claiming of actual card.
Please note that in the event that the customer already lost the confirmation email please ask your supervisor to try to retrieve the email (via Magento) and provide a screenshot. If email can no longer be retrieved, advise the customer to visit the store membership and advise the staff to contact the hotline to verify and vouch for the customer.

If you already have a Landers membership card holder (acquired through a store visit or through a previous online purchase) or a Caltex Starcard Member select yes
Enter your membership card number and the Printed name on the Membership card. Starcard members only require their card numbers.
