City Foundry STL is the adaptive reuse of 15 acres of urban industrial land into a 21st century mixed use development that celebrates creative concepts in food, commerce and entrepreneurship.

Restored historic buildings will be outfitted with technology and services that will allow spaces at City Foundry STL to be adapted for a variety of uses. New buildings will compliment and enhance the historic structures found throughout the complex.

At City Foundry STL, you’ll experience innovative food concepts, shop a curated selection of retailers, and work in spaces filled with historic industrial architecture.

Guests and tenants will be able to access the site by foot, car, bike, or public transportation. The Foundry will be connected to the Great Rivers Greenway urban trail and will also offer on-site ride sharing drop off.
