Signing in to your Chromebook
Students sign in to their chromebook using their email EX: 29jsmith12345@smusd.org
- FYI: 29 is year student will graduate, smith is last name, 12345 last 5 digits of student id (650****)
If the sign in screen does NOT show the @smusd.org at the end of the username:
Type in your school email address including the @smusd.org
Click Next and type in your school password and click Next
If the sign in screen does show the @smusd.org at the end of the username:
Type in your school email address
Click Next and type in your school password and click Next
Password is your child's birthday (year month day = January 26, 2010 = 20100126)

Accessing SMUSD Cloud
Every student will need to log in to their SMUSD Cloud to access most of their distance learning activities (ex: Google apps, Google Classroom, Google Meet, Benchmark, etc)
Students use their email address (see above) and birthday (year month day = January 26, 2010 = 20100126) as password.
