Welcome to 3rd Grade!

I’m Mrs. Contino and I’m thrilled to be your teacher this year. I’m passionate about creating a fun and welcoming classroom where students feel excited to learn and have fun too! When I’m not in the classroom, you can find me spending time with my husband and two sons ages 4 and 2. 

This is my 8th year teaching, but my first year at SMS. I graduated from Millersville University with a dual degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. I also graduated from Towson University with a Masters degree in Education. I was a special educator in Harford County for 6 years and then a 3rd grade classroom teacher last year in Harford County. It's going to be a great year in 3rd grade!
