After limping through the regular season, playing one of the toughest schedules in Class A (2 top 5 AA teams, a AAA Second round team, and 4 Top Ten 1A teams), and suffering through a multitude of injuries in which 18 players missed time during the season. The Tigers were resilient and finished the regular season 3-7 and the #3 Seed in Region 4A.
The Tigers traveled to Copper Basin in round #1 and upset the #2 seed 20-6. Round #2 saw the Tigers send the, defending Class A state champs, Whitwell home 17-7.
The Tigers then faced off against familiar foe South Pitt and for the second year in a row the Pirates ended the Tigers Season.
The Tigers showed heart and resiliency throughout the year as they could have easily packed up the season but fought hard and ended the season as one of the last 8 teams alive in Class A.
