Welcome to our Kindergarten class! We are eager to begin this educational journey with your child. Our classroom environment is designed to inspire a love for learning through engaging activities and exploration. Our objectives include promoting social, emotional, and academic development while recognizing the unique strengths of each child. We look forward to collaborating with families as we cultivate a solid foundation for lifelong learning and personal growth.
About Mrs. Tracy
Hello, my name is Tracy Clemons. This marks my 31st year of teaching kindergarten, and I am passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for my students. I am married to Scott Clemons, who serves as the assistant principal at Gordonsville Elementary School. Additionally, he coaches football at Gordonsville High School and is the GHS athletic director, where he dedicates his time to mentoring young athletes.
We are proud parents of two wonderful sons. Hunter graduated from Gordonsville High School (GHS) in 2020. This summer, he married his high school sweetheart, Lauren Boles. Hunter is currently teaching Mechatronics in Smith County through the Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT). He is enthusiastic about impacting his students' lives, just as I hope to do with yours. Colton graduated from GHS in 2024 and is currently honing his skills as a custom cabinet maker with Caney Fork Woodworking.
I am a big fan of the GORDONSVILLE TIGERS! You can find me at almost all GHS sporting events.
About Mrs. Tina
Hi there! I’ve had the joy of working in the school system for 17 wonderful years as an Educational Assistant. There’s nothing quite like helping young students as they embark on their very first year of school—I love being a part of their journey!
I’m happily married to my husband, Michael, and we’re proud parents of three amazing adult sons. We can’t wait to welcome our first grandchild this August—a sweet baby girl! Exciting times ahead!
One of my favorite pastimes is losing myself in a good book. When I'm not at school, you can definitely find me curled up with a great read!
