About me
Hi! I am Mrs. Allison and I will be your child’s kindergarten teacher. I was born and raised in Pleasant Shade, where I still live today. I’ve been married to my husband, Coty, for 12 years. We have three awesome kids Kennedy is 9, Walker is 6, and Wheeler was just born on June 8th. When I’m not at school, I love reading and going to all of my kids' sporting events. This is my 14th year teaching and my 6th year at DES. I absolutely LOVE my job! I honestly can’t think of a better way to spend my days than in my classroom with your little one.
I am fortunate to have an amazing classroom aide who works alongside me each day to support our students. She plays an important role in creating a positive and caring environment. Below, you'll find a short bio so you can get to know her a little better.
About Me:
Hi! I'm Miss Karly, and I will be in your child's kindergarten classroom this year! I attended Defeated School from kindergarten through 8th grade, so this school has always held a special place in my heart. I love our school and all of the wonderful people who work here. I am currently finishing my degree to become a teacher, and I am so excited to get to know each and every one of our students this year. I truly love working with children, and I know we have a wonderful group of students. I am looking forward to working alongside Mrs. Allison and making this a fun, successful, and memorable school year for everyone!
