Class overview: Mrs. Gregory's Math classes focus on learner involvement. This means students can expect to be working the whole class period, lots of time up working in groups at the white boards, and chances to keep working until mastery. Most assignments will be completed in class and most of those will be on paper.
Geometry is the study of lines, angles, shapes, measurement, and congruence.
Algebra 2 extends the basics of linear and quadratic equations learned in Algebra 1 to more polynomial. exponential, and logarithmic functions. It also includes matrices, statistics, and probability.
ACT Prep class periods will be used to practice ACT questions and stratgeies to help improve student's ACT Math scores.
About me
Welcome! I am beginning my 17th year teaching Math and my 12th year at SCHS. As a Smith County native and 2006 graduate of Smith County High School , I am excited for another year.

Desmos is our online graphing calculator that is also embedded on the ACT and the Tennessee State End of Course Exam Geometry and Algebra 2 students will take in April.
