Prospective Research Students
Are you interested in joining our research lab? You can contact me at any time of year to let me know your background and interest. It's a great idea to have looked through a couple of the lab papers first to see which types of projects interest you. New students typically join at the start of each academic year by volunteering and attending lab meetings. This is often followed by special studies research, senior honors theses, and occasionally work-study positions. Our lab is often at capacity, so feel free to ask again in another semester.
I plan to hire a research assistant within the coming year. Contact me if interested.
Graduate students in my lab are enrolled at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in either the Neuroscience and Behavior graduate program or the Organismal and Evolutionary Biology graduate program. I also work with MA students through the 2-year, fully funded Masters in Biological Sciences program at Smith College.
