About Carnival
Carnival is a fun-filled, community-wide, fundraising event co-hosted by the St. Mary’s Parent Association (SMPA). It is not only our largest annual fundraiser, but also a long standing tradition that brings our entire community together for a day of celebration.
Carnival features delicious food, exciting games, live entertainment, and a vibrant atmosphere that welcomes students, families, alumni, and friends from across the Tokyo area and beyond. It is a time when all members of the St. Mary’s community, past and present, come together to connect, have fun, and support a great cause.
All funds raised go directly toward supporting our students by helping cover school trips, projects, initiatives, athletic uniforms, clubs, sustainability efforts, and more.
Date & Location
Date: Saturday, May 9,2026 (Rain for Shine)
Time: Carnival officially opens at 9:30am and closes at 4:30pm.
Location: Parking Lot, Tennis Courts, and Field.
(Please note: the parking lot will be closed a few days in advance. Titans Way and the field will also need to be closed early to prepare for Carnival.)
Ticket System
We are moving to a Ticket System this year!
All food, drinks and activities will be purchased using Carnival Tickets.
(Note: the only exception is the Titans Spirit Wear booth)
Pre-sale: May 6 & 7, after school until 3:45pm at Atrium (on the 7th the parking space will be closed in order to prepare for Carnival so please take public transportation to school if you plan to come)
On the day: head to our 2 Ticket Stations (one at the front gate and the other in the game field) to stock up when you arrive. During peak hours, keep an eye out for our Mobile Ticket Boosters - you can buy tickets on the spot without leaving the fun! Bring your cash or credit cards to buy tickets!
How to Help
We need your help to make the Carnival a success!
There are many ways to get involved, from running booths to selling raffle tickets or helping at the "bank" (SMPA Treasury).
