Mission Statement:
The Stow-Munroe Falls City School District will unite to support military families during times of transition.
What is the Purple Star Designation? The state of Ohio adopted MIC3 Law from the Military Interstate Children's Compact Commission (more information found at www.mic3.net) to encourage schools to support military families in the areas of enrollment, eligibility, placement, and graduation.
Who is eligible for assistance? Families that are eligible for additional assistance are listed below.
Active duty members of the Uniform Services
National Guard and Reserve members on Active duty orders
Members and Veterans medically discharged or retired for one year
Family of military members who have died on active duty
