Ryan has been doing brilliant work in animated filmmaking and has consistently brought a clear vision to every project he pursues.

His direction of the signature animation shots in our competition films Waste Not, The Healthcare Gap, and The GOAT Academy is a huge reason the films were successful. Whether he is creating a fully animated film as he did with The Rodney Show or pulling off a combined animation and live action short as he did with Huck’s Game, Ryan is unafraid to try new techniques and it has made him a well rounded filmmaker.

Ryan, as you head off to Loyola Marymount University in the fall to meet the other animation majors and begin your career, remember your strengths and never forget you will always have a home in my classroom at St. Margaret’s!
