MS, LCAS, LPCA
Sarah earned her BS in Family Studies, as well as her Master’s degree in Substance Abuse and Clinical Counseling from East Carolina University. She also completed a graduate certificate in Rehabilitation Counseling. Sarah is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS). She gained additional post graduate training through the North Carolina Child Treatment Program as part of the first cohort of therapists in the state of North Carolina to be trained and rostered in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP).
Sarah currently works with children and adults to provide an environment that reduces stress, promotes change, and encourages the exploration of new alternatives. In her free time, she enjoys trying new recipes, spending time with her family and fur babies, and finding "where the locals eat" in every town that she visits.
