PK-4th Spanish

Dear Parents welcome to my Spanish Class,

I would like to take the opportunity to let you know that I am very excited to be teaching Spanish to your children. Your child will have Spanish class once a week. My class will be conducted mostly in Spanish. Since I love to make learning Spanish fun, my students will play games, sing songs, dance, tell stories and engage more in order to encourage, challenge, and motivate them to learn Spanish. My goal is to help them develop vocabulary to enhance their ability to communicate in Spanish.

This year we will introduce the program CARNEGIE LEARNING Symtalk, which is all about visual language. Symtalk uses  a symbol method, with each imagen representing a word. Your child will learn vocabulary and grammar in a natural way while having fun interpreting each picture.
