About me

I love the outdoors, reading historical fiction, sewing, drawing, and being with my family.  My husband and I have lived in Wilmington for 30 years and we have raised our two boys here.  I have been a teacher for 25 years and I can't think of anything I would rather do. I attended UNCW for my teaching certificate and Gardner-Webb University for my master's degree in middle education.  I love teaching middle school kids and I am blessed to be part of St. Mark's Catholic School.
