Class Overview
I believe that children learn through play. By creating a consistent routine and purposeful play. children are encouraged to be active participants in their own learning. While the children think they are just playing, they are actually developing language skills, mathematical thinking, scientific concepts, and literacy. My purpose is to create a positive school foundation and instill a love of learning while growing in the love of Christ.
Hi! My name is Barb Brummett. This is my first year at Sr Mark's Catholic School. I moved to North Carolina in July of 2022. Before moving, I taught Preschool for seven years at St John the Baptist Catholic School in New Freedom, Pennsylvania. My husband and I have been married thirty years and I have three grown sons.
