In this class we will work towards the skills that students will carry with them as they transition to high school and beyond.

Grades will be updated regularly in Renweb. Be on the look out for missing or incomplete assignments.
Students are responsible for checking their grades regularly. All absent work must be made up in a timely manner and can be found on google classroom. Late work is accepeted with 10% taken off for each day it is late. No work will be accepted after we have finished the unit.
Students will be given a weekly assignment on Monday due by Friday at 2:53.
Students will be able to make corrections on quizzes and tests following the criteria outlined by Ms. K in class. If the student does not follow the guidelines, no credit will be given. All work will follow middle school grading policy. 100% - on time and complete 85% - mostly complete 70% - partially complete 50% and below - not completed.
Students will be required to take notes and complete activities that will be glued into their notebooks. Notebooks will be graded on completion, neat work, and organization. We will practice how to take notes and stay organized to prepare for the rigor of high school. Any missed work can be found in google classroom or missing work folders.
Behavior guidelines will align with St. Mark’s policies. Students will be given merits and demerits accordingly, tracked in their student planner. Planners must be signed each weekend by parent/guardian.
