Benefits of Mock Trial
A program in which students learn about the legal system through preparation and presentation of a court case. Students fulfill the roles of attorneys, lay witnesses and expert witnesses. Within these roles, students compete against other schools rotating between plaintiff/prosecution and defense. Cases rotate annually between civil and criminal law.
