The Maryland Community College Promise Scholarship is a last dollar award, available to students who plan to enroll in credit-bearing coursework leading to a vocational certificate, certificate, or an associate degree; or in a sequence of credit or non-credit courses that leads to licensure or certification; or in a registered apprenticeship program at a Maryland community college for the 2025-2026 academic year.

Kappa Youth Development, Incorporated is proud to announce that we are accepting Scholarship applications from African American High School Seniors attending college this fall. Applicants can apply for multiple scholarships, but they only can receive one. The following scholarships are available:
