Come as You Are: There is no need to change clothes! Students run right in their school uniform of the day. They are just encouraged to bring or wear a pair of running shoes to keep their feet comfortable.
Keep Tracking: Want to count extra miles? Mileage from runs outside of regular SMA sessions can be submitted directly to Coach Bogumill for possible inclusion in their seasonal totals!
