Reminders
1. Update your Outside Interest Disclosure (OID) within 30 days of one of the following events:
if you or your immediate family obtains a new outside interest.
if the nature of your financial interest changes (e.g., you used to own stock, now you also have consulting income from the same company)
if the value of any of your financial interest(s) changes significantly, particularly if the value increases to above $10,000 annually.
if you are involved in any University activity (Research, Clinical, or Institutional) that is related to one of your outside interests.
2. The Principal Investigator is responsible for ensuring all study team members responsible for the design, conduct, or reporting of research have up-to-date Outside Interest Disclosures on file.
3. Relationships, income, and travel payments from foreign governments and foreign Universities must be disclosed on your OID.
