Self Service Password Options
Are you having trouble logging in? Are you a new user and not sure where to begin? Please select an option below to get support.
Select this option if you would like to enroll in our Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) service. This service allows you to set up a recovery method, such as an email address and/or phone number so that you can gain access to your SLRSD account if you ever forget your password in the future. This option only needs to be selected once ever.
I Need to Change my Password
Select this option if you remember your password and cannot sign in to PowerSchool or other services. Changing your password will update it for Google services, Chromebooks and computers at Silver Lake, PowerSchool, and any website that uses Google to sign in.
When picking a new password, keep in mind the following rules:
it must be at least 12 characters long
it cannot include your first or last name
it must not be a password you have used before
it does not need to have, but may include, numbers and symbols
I Forgot My Password
Select this option if you have enrolled in the Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) service and forgot your password. This will allow you to use one of the recovery methods you enrolled in previously to reset your password.
I Need More SUpport
Select this option if none of the above options allow you to access your account. Please compose a detailed message to support and the team will respond as soon as possible with options to solve your issue.
