Before submitting your final images, follow the checklist below to ensure your finals meet SQA requirements:

1. Ensure that your final images are cropped to A4 size using photoshop:

21cm x 29.7cm

You should not have any final images that are cropped outside of these proportions as it will effect the printing of your final images.

2. Ensure you have 8 final images, one from each shoot and that these correspond to the selections made in your shoot write ups.

3. Ensure you are submitting your final edited images. 

4. Be sure that the post production (editing) you have carried out- is appropriate and not over processed or overly dark.

5. Make sure you are submitting full quality images and not low resolution versions from within your shoot write ups. File sizes should be around 3-10mb.

6. Rename each image as - YOUR FIRST NAME FINAL 1 (1-8)

7. Make sure all images are jpeg format, if you need to you can convert them them from another file format to jpeg in photoshop.

8. When saving as jpeg in photoshop, ensure you select the highest quality (setting 12).

9. Transfer your final images onto the class Data Locker secure storage device.

10. Ensure you keep a full resolution copy of your final images on a USB device.
