Hello and Welcome to Mr. Yashur's 3rd Grade (3B) Website! My name is Mr. Yashur, and I am excited, thankful, and blessed to work with your third graders during this school year! Mr. Yashur's Academics 🎓

• Graduate from The Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Elementary Education (K-6).

• Graduate from Cabrini University with a Master's of Education Degree with a Reading Specialist Focus (K-12)

• I have worked with students from Kindergarten through 8th Grade.

• Most recently, I have taught Developmental Reading and Writing Classes at Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) and York College of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Yashur's Interests and Favorite Things 😀😀

• Being involved with the church and praying daily (Eucharistic Minister, Lector, Cantor/Choir, and Usher) 🙏🍞✝️🍷🙏
  (I am very thankful and blessed for my parents, for being my first teachers of the Catholic faith.)

• Reading Mystery novels 🔍

• Favorite Saints: Our Blessed Mother Mary, St. Joseph, St. James the Greater (the older), St. James the Lesser (the younger), St. Michael the Archangel, St. Rita, and St. Timothy. 🙏✝️🙏

• Favorite Prayer: Hail Mary

• Favorite Goodies: a regular Hershey bar, a Take 5 bar, peppermints, and Chips Ahoy cookies 😋🍫🍫🍬🍪🍪😋
