This podcast is three friends who go on and talk about random subjects. Each week, one of the three are the host. They choose a subject and give out points to the other two based upon whatever grading scale they choose. At the end of the episode, a winner is crowned by the current host and is then given the chance to host the next episode. This podcast does use explicit language and therefore may not be suitable for younger audiences.

Just like this podcast is an open topic, I would fun to hold an open mic night with the teens. They come come prepared to share information about a topic, tell a story, even offer a joke. This program would have to be monitored so that nothing said would break library policies. There would also need to be rules that teens agreed to before they were able to use the mic. This would give teens and opportunity to practice their public speaking as well listen, learn, and have fun with their peers.
