Note: For paywalled content, most vendors and publishers do not post full price lists and all details of their models including the license terms. Most require contacting them directly for complete information. However, some university presses will list their pricing, such as Duke University. For open access content, pricing is usually much more transparent. Many open access initiatives openly list their costs, such as Knowledge Unlatched.
