Frank Cervone, PhD, is the executive director of Information Services in the School of Public Health at the University of Illinois Chicago and serves as a lecturer in the Health Informatics program at San José State University. He holds an MPH degree from the University of Essex, an MSEd with a specialization in Online Teaching and Learning from California State University, and a PhD in Management and Information Systems from Northcentral University. He is a Certified Professional in Health Information Management Systems (CPHIMS) and Certified in Healthcare Privacy and Security (CHPS).
