Dr. Maureen L. Mackenzie - Ruppel, PhD, PHR, RTC, CAPM, ICF-ACC, blends her 20 years of corporate leadership experience with her 20 years of academic experience as a Board Chair, Academic Dean, Executive Coach, and Full Professor of Business, Management, and Leadership. Maureen joined Molloy University in 2012. She had started her career at Allstate Insurance Company in 1983. She has held influential leadership positions, which include chairperson of the Fraudulent and Abusive Practices (FAP) committee of the NYS Automobile Insurance Plan, and as Regional Marketing Manager. Maureen has publications that cover areas such as ethics, management, trust in the workplace, business education, entrepreneurship, managers' information-seeking behaviors, change management, and more.
Bruce L. Haller, MBA, JD is a tenured Full Professor in the School of Business at Molloy University in Rockville Centre, New York. Professor Haller has practiced law for over 25 years, specializing in contract and employment law. Professor Haller has published and taught employment and labor law at both the undergraduate and graduate level.
Robert Goch, JD, PhD, was an Associate Professor of Economics and Finance at Molloy University. Dr. Goch previously served as a senior Wall Street investment analyst for 15 years. In addition to publishing in academic journals, his insights have been presented extensively in the media, including the Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek and CNBC. Dr. Goch received a joint degree PhD (financial economics)/JD from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
