Resetting Voicemail

For those staff member's changing classrooms please follow these steps:

To setup your voicemail:

1. The first is for a mailbox greeting like we have on our cell phones.

2. The second is used for when you call someone else in the directory. It leaves a voice message saying your name"Joe Doe" has called.

To change this press the mailbox icon on your phone.

Put in your password. If you haven't changed it - it should be 12345 or 1234

Press 9

Press 1

Now for the first greeting press 2 [ Then it should allow you to record ]

For the second greeting press 4. [ Then it should allow you to record ]
