Printing In:

Excel : Excel sends the different sheets as separate print jobs to the print que. The first job is in color, the second and follow jobs default back to B&W.  This is why the first page is in color and the following pages are B&W. To get the other jobs/sheets to print in color, they will need to print them separately and make sure they change the job to color for each job/sheet. This may not be the best answer but this is how excel sends the print jobs to the print que when printing multi sheets from excel.

1. Chrome: A quicker way is while on the document do Ctrl-Shift-P and that will open the system dialog box directly
