Registration Fix

There is currently a known issue with the Zync registration process which manifests as an error during signup.



Here's what you can do to fix this.

1. Visit the Google Cloud Console. If prompted to log in, use the same Google account you want to use with Zync.

2. Use the pulldown menu to select the "Create project" option:


3. Fill in the form:
  • Accept the Google Cloud Terms of Service.
  • Other options are up to you - they don't affect the outcome here.
  • Click Create.


4. Wait for about one minute while the project is created.
5. Go back to zyncrender.com and try to register again. You should now be able to proceed and see the next step.
