Why so expensive? What are the benefits?

According to www.gymprices.com.au the average gym membership prices in Australia are around $70/month. This is not a rant on gym prices or gym bashing, there are naturally tradeoffs to ‘going to the gym’ training model, strictly based on the individual training model and not group exercise mode.

ProsCons
A lot of different machines and equipment
  • Not always available
  • Not always necessary
Opportunity to socialiseThe focus and objective factor...are you training your mouth or other muscles?
AtmosphereThe time factor...how long does it take to get there and back home!
Availability and comfort of being indoorsBeing stuck indoors...I often take my Meel’s to the beach for workout, it’s a great opportunity to work on my tan at the same time ;)

With the ever increasing demands on my time for family, personal and professional commitments I need to work as effectively and efficiently on my fitness as I possibly can and maximise the utility of my training routine.

The essence of this system is functionality and utility.

With a pair of Meel and a Push-up board I can train anywhere and in 30 min do a full body workout with dynamic exercises that increase core strength and strengthens the muscles in a compounded way, in the body’s natural and complete range of motion, thus promoting increased and improved:

  • Flexibility;
  • Stamina;
  • Agility;
  • Coordination, and;
  • Strength

With a small investment, comparable to less than 3 months average gym membership fee, you can use the tools that kept an elite force of warriors fit for fight, and able to conquer more than half of the known antique world, in the convenience of your own home and at your own leisure.

It took me about 2 years to outgrow my first pair of Meels and 7 years later I’m still using the same Push-up Board. Needless to say I have not ‘gone to the gym’ for over 5 years but I’m fitter than before in a more comprehensive and functional way.

Using the Meel and the Push-up Board you too can perform exercises that not only targets a specific muscle in a static way but will help get you stronger and keep you fighting fit in a fun, holistic and dynamic way.
And all you need is your body, a Push-up Board and a pair of Meel (Club-bells) and it does not need to take more than 30 min to train within the full scope of  the system.

Be tireless.
