I am an Assistant Professor in Life Science Informatics at the University of Helsinki in Finland. My research background is in machine learning with evolving data. My main current research is in computational paleobiology, which is about computational analysis of the global fossil record, ecological and climate data to better understand history of life, evolutionary processes and environmental change
