Please forward to your families participating in our competition this upcoming weekend in Dauphin.  We look forward to seeing you!

Registration for dancers and clubs will be in the lobby in the main entry area to Credit Union Place (in front of the change room entrances).  Regular admission table for audience will be upstairs on the way into the viewing area.

Music reminder...please have all competition music either on a USB, (all music can be on one stick, files labelled with a session number, dance category, club and dance number for each piece of music) or all music on an MP3 player.

The drop box access for adjudication recordings will be emailed to registrants following the event.  

There will be a 50/50 draw each day, as well as a rainbow raffle on Saturday.  Draw times will be posted.

Admission is $5 per day per adult (with no charge for dancers and instructors).  Program books will be available for sale as well. 

We have over twenty vendors booked with tables around the upper concourse for your shopping pleasure on Saturday.  To honour your hard working dancers, we are anticipating a vendor that will have flowers for sale, and another with individual Ukrainian theme cookies to purchase.  

Concession will be open upstairs at Credit Union Place during the competition hours.
