Accounting Ph.D. Candidate

I am a 5th-year accounting Ph.D. candidate at the Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. I expect to graduate in May 2018.

My primary research interest is the management control systems used in practice. Much of my current work examines how various management control systems (e.g. incentives, feedback) bond and alienate individuals and in turn influence their cooperation and productivity. In my dissertation, I examine the impact of peer performance information on employee subsequent cooperation. For an overview of my work, please click here.
