I am a PhD candidate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rutgers University, under the guidance of Prof. Manish Parashar. Before came to Rutgers, I received my bachelor and master degrees in computer science from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 2007, 2009. My current research focuses on building the programming and runtime support to enable in-situ/in-transit/hybrid execution of coupled scientific simulation workflows on emerging parallel computers. Generally, I'm interested in scientific data management, parallel programming framework for data analysis/processing, and I/O on large-scale HPC systems.
