Multilingual Domain Ontology Learning

    Internet is developing with the trend of semantics and multiple languages. To resolve the difficulties concerning the semantic and multilingual massive data of Internet, it’s urgent to research and develop the related key technology. Multilingual domain Ontology is potential and can be used in the fields of machine translation, information retrieval, information extraction, information organization, etc.
    Our works in the field of multilingual domain Ontology learning include:
  • A prototype of multilingual Ontology learning platform based on the large-scale classified domain corpora
  • Bilingual terminology extraction and taxonomy generation based on terminology clustering in a special domain
  • Bilingual topic taxonomy based on bilingual document clustering
