I am a reservoir static modeler and I use simulation modeling packages for my everyday workflow. Some of the software packages that I use on a day to day basis are GOCAD, Petrel, Petra, EPOS, IP, and other petrophysical tools. I also have frequent working experience with  SEM, detailed quantitative petrography using Petrog, Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy, and Electron MicroProbe Analyzer.

During my graduate studies, I took courses on Basin Analysis (geodynamics, flexural modeling, back-stripping and geo-history), Sandstone Petrology (diagenesis and cementation), Tectonics, Geophysics, Electron Microprobe and Micro-analysis, GIS, and Hydrogeology. I attended numerous fieldworks all over the world including northeastern Asia, Middle-east and southeastern USA. I went to several geological meetings and presented my research in both verbal and poster form. I have been supported by Auburn University and USC through graduate teaching assistantship. These knowledge base, combined with my teamwork experience at BEG, USC, AU, and Hess Corp., frequent use of a variety of geological software, and scientific publications and presentations have helped me develop excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills that will be of great wealth to the petroleum industry.
