My research interests lie in the broader field of Macroeconomics. I am currently studying how monetary, fiscal, and other macroeconomic shocks affect the formation of economic expectations. I have worked on international price differences and economic integration, focusing on the role of real factors such as trade costs, productivity and migration. I have also worked on the issue of economic growth, focusing on the role played by R&D, the diffusion of ideas and technologies, as well as inefficiencies arising from talent misallocation.
