About me

I am a professor at the Graduate Institute of Biomedical Informatics, Taipei Medical University, Taiwan. I am very interested in problems broadly related to bacteria and microbiomes and am specialized in deciphering metagenomes using computational methods. I am also interested in designing algorithms and applying machine learning techniques in solving all kinds of biological problems.
