Hi! My name is Yu-Chang Hsu.
I am currently Associate Professor of Educational Technology at Boise State University. I hold a PhD in Instructional Systems and a minor in Educational Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. Before joining BSU, I served as the assessment and evaluation coordinator (post-doctoral scholar) for the Toys'n MORE project (NSF-STEP grant) with the College of Engineering at the Pennsylvania State University.

[3/13/2013] One of the high school girls from my 2012 App Design summer course won 1st Place in the Mobile Application category at Business of Professional America Competition in Idaho. She's representing Idaho to compete at the national level!
