I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Analytics and Statistics in the Haslam College of Business, University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I obtained my Ph.D. in Management Science from the Tippie College of Business, University of Iowa, advised by Gautam Pant. I am interested in ``What Do People Do All Day?'' and my research focuses on how technological advances change the work we do, with specific implications for employers, individual career development, and education and workforce development policies.
