Assessment Sheet

Lesson 1     In this lesson we will create a maze as a background and we will create our own animated sprite.

Lesson 2     In this lesson we will get the sprite to move around the maze without going through the walls.

Lesson 3    In this lesson we will create a food sprite that disappears when pacman approaches to make it appear that pacman has eaten the food.  We will also create a variable (score card) that increases by 1 everytime pacman eats some food.

Lesson 4    In this lesson we will continue working on variables.  We will create a timer variable.  We will also create a costume for the background and get the background to animate when either all the food has been eaten or when the time limit has been reached.

Lesson 5    Create some baddies that will eat pacman.  Extension: Create a lives counter for pacman. Get pacman to start at random positions every time he starts a new life.

Lesson 6    Take screenshots of your game and paste into a Word document.  Annotate the document explaining the different types of code used.
