The Youth/ParalympicProvincial Road & Track Championships are a GO - and this year, Edmonton and Devon are our "host" destinations!

Pedalhead Road Works, in association with Argyll Velodrome Association and the Alberta Bicycle Association, presents the 

2011 Alberta Youth and Paralympic Road and Track Cycling Championships, 

Saturday, September 3th through Monday, September 5th 

in Edmonton and Devon, Alberta.

The Championships will feature

    •  an omnium-style Track Competition              Saturday, Sept. 3          Argyll Velodrome, Edmonton
    • an Individual Time Trial                                     Sunday, Sept. 4            Devon (link from Edmonton)
    • a Road Race.                                                     Monday, Sept. 5           Devon (link from Calgary)

CATEGORIES

Male – U13, U15, U17, Junior

Female – U13, U15, U17, Junior

Paralympic Women

Paralympic Men

*categories may be combined, at the discretion of the Chief Commissaire, for mass-start races


REGISTRATION

Online pre-registration only will be offered, closing Thursday, September 2nd.  Register via Zone4 at the following link:  :  https://zone4.ca/onlinereg.asp?id=4058&lan=1

Fee: $25 per race, or $65 for all three, plus online service charge

****PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:  include your ABA Body Number (the ones you pin on your jersey) in your registration ONLY if you received one for this season.  Be sure you type it in correctly! 

If you have not received a number  this season OR if you have lost your ABA number,  leave the space blank.  You’ll be issued a new number at the event.  


 MEDALS and PRIZES

Medals awarded to the top three finishers in each of the categories listed above. 

Out-of-province riders may race, but are not eligible to win medals.
