Dr. Youree Lee is the Executive Vice President Peertec (GDAC), one of the first licensed cryptocurrency exchange and custody in South Korea (FSC) and the US (FinCEN).
Has extensive experience in traditional finance and non-profit sector. Worked as an Investment Banker at Macquarie and Relationships Manager at SMBC (Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation).
Co-founded W-Foundation (gcrfund.org), an international non-profit organization accredited by the Korean government and the official partner to the United Nations (UNFCCC).
Received her Ph.D., M.A., and B.A. in International Business from Ewha Womans University.
As an Adjunct Professor at Hanyang University, Department of Finance, teaches business, strategy and finance .

Peertec (GDAC) is one of the first licensed VASP (Virtual Asset Service Provider, 가상자산 사업자) by the FIU of the Financial Services Commission (금융위원회 금융정보분석원) of the Korean government. GDAC is one of the top 4 Exchange & Custody in Korea (by sales and net profit).
Has the #1 market share in corporate finance in digital assets with its lines of customers from institional investors (PE, VC) to major corporates such as Samsung, SK, Hyundai, Naver, Kakao.
The only VASP that launched co-businesses with Financial Institutions such as Shinhan Financial Group (신한금융지주), Woori Financial Group (우리금융지주), SK Securities (SK 증권), Mirae Asset (미래에셋), and etc. With marketing leading technology and know-how in digital asset finance industry; Peertec has filed numbers of patents on digital asset finance (payment, asset management, custody, etc).
