6 am start this morning. Another amazing day for cycling with fantastic views of Shropshire and the Rural Cheshire countryside.

As we came into Cotebrook there was John, waiting with the Full Monty. After cycling 75 miles by 11:30 am it was a great sight to see a table layed out with the breakfast on the BBQ.

45 miles to go today to Chorley with the worst views of the whole trip thinking back to last year. Warrington, Wigan, Chorley. From Green to Grey in no time.

We have passed the 400 mile marker now so will pass the half way mark tomorrow shortly before entering Scotland.

We have all just finished an Indian with Beers so pass us the Nappies. 'Fart Wars' turns toxic!!

Long long day tomorrow but we are inspired by the promise of another al-fresco breakfast.

Another early start, 5:30 we reckon. Only thing is that I (Steve) drew the short straw again. The worlds shortest bed for me!! (For similar predicament see jogle2006 Day 4)

More pictures and news tomorrow.
