Our group is focusing on the developing nano biosensors to contribute diagnostic technologies. We make the biosensors based on many kinds of nano/micro fabrication methods such as electrospinning, photolithography, nano imprinting lithography (NIL), wet/dry etching, and ion milling etc. We are also fabricating novel and various kinds of nano materials. The nano materials can be made from polymer, carbon, semiconductor and etc. By adapting each characteristic of materials, we are trying to apply them to following studies; Immunoassay, cell capture, bacteria capture and anti-bacterial effect. We also have expertise in surface modification of various materials including glass, Si, thermoplastics, ZnO, TiO2 etc. Our current focus is on the surface modification of diverse materials at nanoscale and their application for biosensing.
