Zaurus is very useful scientific tool because it is a linux-based system. For pdaXrom, most of linux program can be easily ported. So I compiled some of programs, i.e., Scilab, R, Gnuplot. Here are list of programs for scientific calculation which are complied by me or someone (Thanks to all in OESF forum).

Some files are splited because of the file size limitation when I upload them. In order to combine them, use lxsplit.

### Scilab

Scilab is a scientific software package for numerical computations providing a powerful open computing environment for engineering and scientific applications.

R is a free software environment for statistical computing and graphics.

### Octave

Yacas is a general purpose easy to use Computer Algebra System (a CAS is a program that can be used to do symbolic manipulation of mathematical expressions).

### genius

Genius is a calculator program similiar in some aspects to BC, Matlab or Maple. GEL is the name of its extention language (stands for "Genius Extension Language", clever huh?), in fact, a large part of the standard genius functions are written in GEL itself.
